Check-In

• Chauffeur arrives 10–15 minutes before scheduled pickup time.
• Client details and destination confirmation required before departure.
• Airport pickups include flight monitoring service.

Check-Out

• Final destination and stop confirmation required before trip completion.
• Additional stops or extended waiting time may incur extra charges.
• Personal belongings should be checked before vehicle exit.

Car Policies

Guarantee Policy:

• All reservations are confirmed upon successful booking verification.
• Vehicle availability is guaranteed for confirmed reservations only.
• In rare operational situations, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be provided.
• Chauffeur and vehicle details are shared before pickup time.
• All vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and professionally maintained.

Cancellation Policy:

• Sedans & SUVs: Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup.
• Sprinters & Specialty Vehicles: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• Late cancellations may result in partial or full booking charges.
• No-show bookings are charged at full reservation rate.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
